I’m a pastry cook 2, who was trained not in a culinary school, but learning and navigating my way through my career from the ground up, hence the name of this blog.
When I’m not baking at work, I’m baking at home mostly paleo, sometimes not. But I enjoy baking and pastry all the same!
I intend to share my paleo food and dessert recipes from time to time on here.
